TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY

Overview

On the occasion of the opening of TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY (3/2026), ROBO-HI OS officially goes into operation: centrally managing multi-vendor robots and fully automating building operations.

Features

Concentrated at THE LINKPILLAR 1 building, more than 40 robots from various brands have connected to perform tasks: delivery, cleaning, security, and guidance. The highlight is the deep integration system with elevators and the Urban OS, allowing robots to automatically adjust operations flexibly based on real-time pedestrian density.

Issue

Common Issues

In complex smart urban mega-projects (including offices, residential apartments, hotels...), running a separate isolated system for each building does not bring true efficiency. What is essential is a region-wide centralized management platform capable of flexibly adapting to future technological changes and urban growth.

Solution

ROBO-HI Solution

Thanks to ROBO-HI OS, all robots (cleaning, delivery, security) can collaborate across office, residential, and hotel complexes. Robots smoothly navigate security doors and elevators to move between buildings, transforming the entire complex into a smart city.

Without hardware vendor lock-in, the operating system allows you to easily integrate and upgrade to the latest robot models in the future — enabling the system to flexibly expand alongside urban development.
