BACKGROUND
With Facility Management (FM) and Building Management (BM) industries facing severe labor shortages, improving the efficiency of on-site workforce management has become increasingly urgent.
ROBO-HI observed that in many cases, digitizing and optimizing staff work delivers faster, more tangible results than replacing people with robots outright. SAFETY FEATURES FOR ON-SITE STAFF
Incident detection and precise location
When the smartphone detects a fall or prolonged inactivity, the system automatically sends a check-in request. If the worker doesn't respond, an alert is sent to the monitoring center or the nearest colleague with the precise location so help arrives fast.
Smartwatch-based health monitoring
By linking to a smartwatch, the system continuously tracks heart rate and skin-surface temperature. When signs of heatstroke or other health anomalies appear, it issues early warnings so the company can take preventive action before an incident occurs.
