Inheriting the autonomous-driving technology, precision control, and safety standards ROBO-HI has developed over many years, the "RoboCar AGV 200T" is engineered to meet the demand for autonomous transport of ultra-heavy loads in shipbuilding, aerospace, heavy industry, and plant construction.
BACKGROUND
For many years, AGV systems have mainly served transport needs ranging from a few hundred kilograms to a few tons. However, in heavy industries such as shipbuilding, aerospace, and large-scale infrastructure manufacturing, moving loads weighing from tens to hundreds of tons still relies on cranes, specialized vehicles, and large crews — making automation difficult.
To address this, ROBO-HI developed the "RoboCar AGV 200T" with high-precision synchronized control technology and a robust frame structure, helping realize full automation of ultra-heavy transport and the smart factory.

The RoboCar AGV 200T integrates with "ROBO-HI® OS" (Autonomous Operating System) just like other AGV lines. The platform centrally manages multiple AGVs from 50T to 200T, supporting dispatch, status monitoring, and remote operations — building toward the smart factory and driverless operation.
